Michelle Reyes serves as Operations Coordinator at A2 Efficiency, where she supports internal systems, project workflows, invoicing, tracking and reporting company metrics, and administrative processes. She brings more than ten years of experience in quality systems, logistics, and project coordination.

Over the years, Michelle has worked across a variety of industries, from aerospace and medical device consulting to fine art logistics, providing operational support to multidisciplinary teams in both in-person and remote environments. She has worked in both startup and large organizational settings, where she has supported audit readiness, supplier coordination, task management, and invoicing. She specializes in managing internal tools and documentation systems, tracking internal metrics, and supporting team-wide documentation and compliance activities.

Before joining A2 Efficiency, Michelle supported quality assurance and systems implementation at PCC Structurals and Cannon Quality Group. She played a key role in preparing for compliance audits, managing supplier relationships, and supporting quality assurance initiatives. At QR Handling, she supported invoicing and project coordination, ensuring operations ran smoothly.

Michelle loves spending time with her family, going on walks with their dog, and doing fun crafts with her daughter. She’s slowly learning how to play the guitar and hopes to one day be able to smoothly play without looking when she changes chords.
