Project Overview
The project is a new permanent building structure for Stanford University's Jasper Ridge Biological Preserve (JRBP) Corporation Yard to consolidate multiple existing activities distributed across several locations at the JRBP site. The project scope includes a workshop, staff office space, vehicle and equipment storage, etc. with an eye toward sustainable design and minimal site impact. The total building size is anticipated to be approximately 5,000 to 7,000 GSF.
Our Role
A2 Efficiency, along with Linkage Engineers and IDeAs Consulting, developed a basis of design document for MEP. We supported LMS Architects during the programming and schematic design phase. The BOD was used to provide design directions to the design-build trade partners in the next phase of the project.
